With the continuous improvement of people consumption level, the requirements for product packaging are also getting higher and higher, so the application range of POF shrink film is getting wider and wider.

As we all know, POF stands for multi-layer co-extruded polyolefin heat shrink film. It is made by plasticizing and extruding linear low-density polyethylene as the middle layer (LLDPE) and co-polypropylene (PP) as the inner and outer layers through three large extruders, and then processed by special processes and formulas such as die head molding and film bubble blowing. Common thicknesses of POF: 12 microns, 15 microns, 19 microns, 25 microns, 30 microns (customizable if thicker is needed)

Common styles of POF shrink film: single film, folded film, tube film, heat shrink bag, and heat shrink bag can be made into corner bags, square bags, arc bags, etc., and the hook hole specifications can be customized, because many electronic products have hooks.

Single film is generally used for food preservation, dust and rust prevention of hardware and electronic products; folded film is often used for automatic packaging machine heat shrink product color box packaging, fruits and vegetables, etc.; tube film is mostly used for fixed width, and customers cut bags and seal them according to the appropriate length; heat shrink bags are suitable for color box packaging of daily necessities, food, medicines, etc. for manual sealing; corner bags and square bags are mostly used for rectangular packaging color box heat shrinkage and manual sealing.

POF is divided into: ordinary high-performance shrink film, low-temperature shrink film, cross-linked film, low-temperature cross-linked film, anti-fog film according to grade.


High-performance shrink film has the advantages of high shrinkage and firm sealing, and is suitable for all kinds of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machinery and equipment; low-temperature shrink film has the characteristics of low shrinkage force, and its characteristic is that it can shrink quickly at low temperatures. It is often used for books, magazines and irregular shapes, and it also has a good protective effect on heat-sensitive components; cross-linked film makes POF shrink film a perfect heat shrink film. Excellent shrinkage rate (maximum shrinkage rate can reach 85%), and the seal is firm and durable, and the shrinkage temperature range is wider.


Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, high transparency, high shrinkage rate, good heat sealing performance, high gloss, strong toughness, tear resistance, uniform heat shrinkage and suitable for fully automatic high-speed packaging, so it has become the first choice for foreign trade customers and foreign customers; the biggest advantage of anti-fog film is that the product will not fog when it needs to be sold in a frozen state. It can make the packaged products still clearly visible in the frozen state, and it is an ideal packaging material for frozen food.
